Responds to owner only
Only you can talk to your bot. Other users cannot access it unless you ask your agent explicitly to change that.
Container Isolation
Every bot runs in an isolated container. Other users cannot access your data or processes.
No Message Logging
We do not read, store, or process your conversations. Messages travel directly between your messenger and the AI model. We only see connection health metrics.

AI outputs can be wrong. AI models can generate inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate content. Do not rely on AI output for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions without independent verification.
Third-party skills carry risk. While we scan for malware hourly, community-made OpenClaw skills can potentially contain malicious code. We recommend only using skills from trusted sources.
Service availability. While we target 99.9% uptime, outages can occur due to infrastructure providers, AI model providers, or messenger platform changes. We are not liable for downtime or data loss beyond our SLA commitments.
Your responsibility. You are responsible for how you use your AI assistant. Do not use it for spam, harassment, impersonation, or any activity that violates the terms of your messenger platform or AI model provider.
